1. Who we are

This website is run by Alluring India Destination Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in India with its office at E 146, Sushant Shopping Arcade, Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurugram, Haryana 122009, India. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. For any privacy question, write to contact@alluring.travel.

2. What we collect

When you enquire. Your name and email address, and anything else you choose to give us: phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, travel month, number of travellers, the kind of hotels and experiences you enjoy, and your message.

How you found us. With each enquiry we record the page you were on and the website or campaign that brought you to us (for example a Google or Instagram advertisement). This helps us understand which of our pages and advertisements are useful.

When you book. The details we need to arrange your journey, such as the full names of all travellers, passport details, dates of birth, flight details, and any dietary, medical or accessibility needs you tell us about so that we can look after you properly.

When you browse. If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, information about your visit such as the pages viewed, the device and browser used and your approximate location. See our Cookie Policy.

This website does not take payments, and we never ask for card details through it.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange calls and prepare your itinerary and quote, because you have asked us to.
• To book and deliver your journey, which is necessary for our contract with you.
• To keep the records required by Indian tax, accounting and other laws.
• To understand how our website and advertising perform, and to show our advertising to people likely to be interested, only where you have accepted the relevant cookies.
• To send you occasional news or travel ideas, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

• Travel partners who deliver your journey: hotels, airlines and rail operators, drivers, guides and local partners in India, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka. They receive only what they need.
• Service providers who help us run our business: our website host (GoDaddy), our email providers (Google Workspace and Zoho Mail), and, where you have consented, Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Authorities, where the law requires it, for example for visas, hotel guest registration or tax purposes.

5. International transfers

We are based in India, so if you contact us from another country your information will be transferred to and stored in India, and shared with partners in the countries you visit. Some of our service providers store data in other countries, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected wherever it is handled.

6. How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, we keep your details for up to two years so that we can help if you return to your plans, and then delete them. If you travel with us, we keep booking records for as long as Indian law requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to those legal requirements.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your information, or stop using it for a particular purpose;
• stop sending you marketing, at any time;
• withdraw your consent to cookies, using the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page.

To make a request, email contact@alluring.travel. We will reply within one month. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In India, you can raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India. California residents may also ask what personal information we hold and ask us to delete it.

8. Security

We use reputable, secure services to run our website and email, limit access to your information to the people who need it, and ask our partners to protect it. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send passport copies or other sensitive documents by email unless we have asked for them.

9. Children

Our website is not intended for children. We hold information about children only when a parent or guardian provides it so that we can arrange a family journey.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
